Recruitment Procedure

AL INSANIYAT OVERSEAS follows a transparent, systematic, and government-compliant recruitment process to ensure the selection of the right person for the right trade. Employers may directly participate in candidate selection, interviews, and trade tests, while our experienced recruitment team manages the complete process from initial approval to final deployment.

Employer Requirements

1. Receive Employer Demand

We receive the employer’s demand letter, job categories, required qualifications, salary structure, employment terms, and workforce requirements.

2. Approval from the Destination Country

The employer obtains the necessary approval from the ministry or relevant authority of the destination country.

3. Recruitment Permission in Bangladesh

AL INSANIYAT OVERSEAS obtains recruitment permission and required approvals from the appropriate government agencies in Bangladesh.

Candidate Sourcing and Selection

4. Job Advertisement

Vacancies are advertised through leading newspapers, online platforms, local networks, and approved recruitment channels when required.

5. Application Collection

Applications, CVs, identity documents, qualifications, and experience certificates are collected from interested candidates.

6. Preliminary Screening

Our recruitment experts review candidates based on the employer’s criteria, professional experience, skills, age, education, and suitability.

7. Trade Test and Skill Verification

Technical candidates may participate in practical trade tests and the Skill Verification Program, where applicable.

8. Final Interview

Shortlisted candidates attend the final interview conducted by the employer’s representatives or by our authorized recruitment team.

Documentation and Compliance

9. Passport Processing

Selected candidates are assisted with passport preparation or passport verification.

10. Medical Examination

Candidates complete medical examinations through authorized medical centres.

11. Police Clearance

Police Clearance Certificates are obtained for selected candidates where required.

12. Document Collection

We collect medical fitness certificates, photographs, educational certificates, experience documents, employment contracts, and other necessary papers.

Visa and Government Clearance

13. Visa Processing and Stamping

The candidates’ visas are processed and stamped through the respective embassy or authorized visa centre.

14. Employment Contract

Each worker receives and reviews a copy of the employment contract before departure.

15. Emigration Clearance

Required emigration clearance is obtained from the relevant Bangladesh government authority.

Travel and Deployment

16. Flight Arrangement

The candidates’ visas are processed and stamped through the respective embassy or authorized visa centre.

17. Pre-Departure Orientation

Workers are briefed about:

  • Employment terms and responsibilities
  • Workplace rules and safety
  • Laws of the destination country
  • Social and cultural practices
  • Political, legal, and environmental conditions
  • Employer expectations and professional conduct
18. Airport Assistance

Our representatives attend the airport to ensure smooth check-in, immigration processing, and passenger boarding.

19. Deployment Confirmation

The employer is informed about the final number of workers dispatched, flight details, and expected arrival time.

Post-Deployment Support

20. Employer Coordination

We remain in regular contact with the employer throughout the recruitment and deployment process.

21. Replacement Support

Where contractually applicable, a professionally or medically unfit worker may be replaced within the agreed probation period.

22. Problem Resolution

Our team assists employers and workers in resolving unforeseen matters throughout the employment contract period.
